The 1 - 2 Bedroom Package
This package has been designed with the smaller 1 to 2 bedroom homes and apartments in mind, everything has been included i.e. our travel to you*, all the photography, post-processing, uploading your images to our website portfolio portal that you have exclusive access to for you to preview and select, create hi-res downloadable versions, create online listing versions of the selected images ( each online listing Co has different image listing requirements).
Planning the Day
After you have commissioned us to do your room photography, we would contact you to arrange a photography shooting day, discuss the style and theme you have in mind for the rooms, we would ask you to take a few Mobile Phone pictures of the rooms to send to us as a reference before we come, we will send you a checklist of things to do in the rooms before we arrive.
On the day Photography
We will bring all the equipment we will be using on the day, including Full Frame camera, Tripods, Flashguns and stands, reflectors etc.
Post-Processing
The Post-processing takes about another half an hour for every hour of photography taken, this is all done back in our Studio in Hertfordshire, we use the most up to date ADOBE CREATIVE software including Photoshop and Lightroom.
Website Portfolio Portal
This is a private and password-protected area on our website that we upload you image for you to preview, we will send you a password to gain access, no-one else will be able to see the images. In the Portal, you will be able to preview and select the images you want to use.
Online Listing images
Each online listings Companies have different requirements for the size and style of images on the there websites, we will create, from your selected images, versions for each of your required online listings sites.
* The first 50 miles is included in the package, we would use an online app to calculate any extra millage that will be charged at 44p per m
